Rudy and the gentleman with him were awesome, very professional. They got right to work and figurd out the location of the lids and took care of the clog. They were done in no time. The price was awesome and exactly as quoted on the phone upfront pricing, no hidden agenda or gouging. I've used othe companies in the past and they were much higher price and only emptied one of the tanks, and not doing or telling me about the water tank needing done as well. They cleaned up and put the dirt back till I was satisfied, and left no other trace. Justin & Megan CochranMay 13, 2023.I contacted sludgbusters on a Wednesday the lady I spoke with was so nice as I told her my problem and she said let’s not jump the gun you probably just have a blockage but let’s start small and then we can go another route if needed . They came out on a Sunday pumped my tank and hydro jetted and they found where a piece of the septic tank had broke to where everything was going into my field lines and causing a back up and blockage . They fixed that piece as well . Our system has been working perfectly since and hasn’t backed up into our house any more if I could give them 1million stars plus I would . And I will 100% recommend this company to any one and every one and when I need to have my tank pumped again this is who I will call in a heartbeat. They set us up with Sludgebusters several days out. I called and requested they slide us in if they had a cancellation; we have a special needs daughter making it difficult to not run water for 3+ days. Christine was so kind and put us on for next day eventhough Rudy was supposed to be off for the day. Rudy REALLY knows septic, explained all work that needed to be done and was incredibly fast.
